Under the umbrella of danorama consulting we unite our consulting services in the area of (IT) strategy, organisational design & development, change management, digital collaboration, analytics, compliance and sustainability. For our consulting team we are looking for a self-reliant and motivated Working Student.

As a working student you support our Change Management and IT-Consultants. You do research on new topics and prepare those for a broader audience. You develop change management measures and take responsibility for smaller projects. You will gain insight into our work for our customers and our internal development projects.

Dabei freuen wir uns über deine Unterstützung, insbesondere bei

  • der Einführung neuer Technologien
  • der Aufbereitung komplexer Fragestellungen/Themen im Bereich digitaler Kollaboration
  • der Entwicklung von Change Communication Strategien und Maßnahmen für unsere Kundenprojekte
  • Recherchen zu modernen Kollaborationslösungen und
  • der Entwicklung neuer Beratungsansätze

Profil

  • Eingeschrieben in Bachelor- oder Master-Studium
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge aufzuschlüsseln und in einfachen Worten zu beschreiben
  • Affinität zu modernen Technologien
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
